NRF 2019: here’s what’s new from this extraordinary Retail industry event!

The year 2019 could only start with NRF, the world’s most important Retail industry event, held between 13 and 15 January in New York City.

The event involved businesses, vendors and retailers from almost 100 different countries, to share in all the updates and new ideas for the Retail industry.

That is why Custom Group was at the fair for the eighth year running in order to present the ideal combination of hardware, software and service solutions straight from the Custom America booth.

What’s new from the Retail industry’s most strategic event?

NRF saw the emergence of a great need: stores need to evolve. And above all, evolution means thinking big and growing in terms of technology for a better customer experience and increased sales.

Can we be certain when we say that tech is continuing to bring new, different approaches into stores, forcing them to continuously pursue the all-embracing, complete  shopping experience?

The many applications, online and in-store, when it comes to sales and marketing, make it possible to personalize the customer experience and improve customer engagement, introducing better back office processes and boosting the overall efficiency of sales points.

Lastly, this year too, NRF achieved record figures: over 800 exhibitors  introduced a showcase of successful digital transformation experiences.
